Analyzing the drivers of smart sustainable circular supply chain for sustainable development goals through stakeholder theory

The concept of sustainable development is becoming incomprehensible and complex in global supply networks, especially low- middle-income countries (LMIC) that are most affected by ever-changing industry challenges standards. Smart technologies emerged Industry 4.0, sustainability, circular economy (CE) connection, which remain unexplored, can be integrated into the chain as a business strategy to increase collaboration cooperation between different tiers achieve goals (SDGs) according LMIC. Therefore, main objective this paper discover drivers smart (SSCSC) achieving SDGs LMIC through stakeholder theory. First, systematic review employed identify SSCSC incorporating existing literature on subject. Second, Best-Worst Method (BWM) applied analyze identified drivers, then Technique for Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) used SDGs. applicability solution methodology was illustrated providing numerical example. results study twofold: firstly, analyzed implementation BWM. BWM reveal economic sustainability best key driver among eight driversin SDGs, meaning without financial assistance support becomes ineffective. Secondly, TOPSIS analysis reveals SDG 16 (peace, justice, strong institutions) supported drivers.
